Love What You Do, Do What You Love!
Biography
My journey into health and fitness has been defined by resilience, discipline, and transformation. What began in my youth as a passion for sports evolved into a lifelong commitment to performance, coaching, and helping others unlock their potential.
From an early age, athletics became the foundation of my life. I competed and excelled in Baseball, Basketball, Karate, Boxing, and Strength Training. These experiences shaped not only my competitive mindset but also my understanding of discipline, preparation, and mental toughness.

A Defining Turning Point
In 2004, my life took a difficult and deeply personal turn following the loss of several close family members and mentors. Struggling with grief, anxiety, and depression, I fell into destructive habits that severely impacted my health and well-being. Over time, I gained more than 100 pounds and developed serious health risks, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
After spending eight years of my life incarcerated, I was forced to confront the reality of my choices and the direction of my future.
Everything changed on August 3, 2009 — the day my son was born.
Holding my son in my arms became the catalyst for a complete transformation. In that moment, I made the decision to rebuild my life, my health, and my purpose.
Guided by discipline, nutritional changes, consistent training, and mental conditioning practices such as meditation, I lost over 100 pounds in less than one year. More importantly, I rebuilt my mindset, my identity, and my mission.
Purpose & Philosophy
That transformation ignited a deep passion for helping others achieve what often feels impossible. I understand firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional barriers that can stand in the way of progress — and I specialize in helping clients break through them.
Health and fitness did more than change my body — they saved my life.
Today, my mission is to help individuals become stronger, healthier, more confident, and more resilient — both physically and mentally.
